What is included at the venue? You want to find a space that provides more than just the four walls of the venue. If they don't provide tables, chairs, etc. you’ll need to go through another vendor to rent these items which can add additional costs, time, and logistics.
Tables/chairs? How many?
Linens?
Bathrooms?
Getting ready suites?
Parking/Parking attendants?
Venue manager?
Coordinator?
Arbor or other decor?
How long do you have the venue for?
If the venue rental is a Friday-Sunday rental, you can host your rehearsal dinner there the night before which can cut down on costs as well.
